Rynn's disorder: It hardly kSctTs stuff 4 cials, courtroom drama, disaster movies, porno films and martial-arts actioners among its targets. Even "The Wizard of Oz" is nailed. In the style of "The Groove Tube" and "Tunnelvision," the toffbeat comedy reveals sophomoric minds at work. The put-down of anything and everything becomes a boring one-note. The worst taste is in its voyeuristic "Eyewitness News" sequence.

"The Kentucky Fried Movie" can only appeal to fried brains. -4 i MoviesBy KATHLEEN CARROLL 'THE LITTLE GIRL WHO LIVES DOWN THE LANE. Jodie Foster, Martin Sheen. Directed by Nicolas Gessner. At the Cinerama and Showcase Theaters.

Running lime: 1 hour, 34 minutes. Rated fO- Rynn" Jacobs studies Hebrew. Her favorite poet is Emily Dickinson. And "she likes preparing candlelight dinners for two, preferably with a good bottle of red wine. This may not seem so unusual, but Rynn, the quietly self-assured heroine of "The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane," happens to be only 13 years old "and already living completely on her own in an uptight New England town.

She claims to have a father, but he, it turns out, is among the missing. Her mother did visit her once, but Rynn managed' to eliminate her Now, the only people who threaten to interfere with her life style are a busybody real-estate agent (Alexis Smith plays this bitchy role with great relish) -and her son (a truly sinister creep, as played by Martin Sheen) 'Sugar' less whom the town's sole policeman suspects of being a child molester. Rynn, who among her other pursuits has learned how to prevent bodies from decomposing too quickly, takes care of them as well. Jodie Foster plays Rynn with her usual aplomb, but it seems a dreadful waste of her talent. What makes the movie even more reprehensible is that and casually getting into bed with a 17-year-old boy.

As such, the movie ap-it shows her stripping off her blouse pears to condone teenage sex, and, for that reason, parents should use great discretion in allowing young people to see it in spite of the mild PG rating. Overcooked MoviesBy ANN GUARINO 1 12 THE KENTUCKY FRIED MOVIE. Directed bv John Landis. At the UA Eastside Cinema antf other theaters. Running time: 1 hour, 30 minutes.

Rated R. "The Kentucky Fried Movie" is an overdone series of satiric sketches ridiculing TV news and talk shows, commer i 1 Jodie Foster: ahead of her time a en i-3 SUGAR COOKIES. George Shannon, Mary Woronov, Lynn Lowry. Directed by Geodore Gershuny. At Mark Triplex Theater.

Running time: 1 hour, 32 minutes. Rated R. The old cliche that you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear readily applies to "Sugar originally an X-rated film released in 1972 and now edited to earn an rating. No amount of editing will improve its quality and raise it to art. The excuse for all the nudity is the sybaritic world of an erotic-movie producer (art films, he calls them).

He kills one of his mistresses in a sex ritual with a gun, a ritual to which she mindlessly submits. The flimsy plot, trite dialog and nondescript acting make "Sugar Cookies" a series of indigestible CO I' TheaterBy BRUCE FELD UEEN CLYTEMNESTRA Bill may well be the first liber- fv EM it ated woman in dramatic years old. Most of them are the doings of Andrei Serban, who directed the work earlier this season for Joseph Papp and has now transplanted it to the Central Park theater. "Andrei," says Gloria, "feels that until recently all productions of the classics have merely been imitations of European -productions. "So, to make 'Agamemnon' more meaningful to a city composed of people from many backgrounds, he has cast people of all ages, races and religions.

There are blacks, Jews, Asians, Hispan-ics, even white Anglo-Saxon Protestants in the cast." "Of course, Queen Clytemnestra had good reason to knock him off," the actress allows. "For starters, he had sacrificed their daughter to the gods so that his fleet would have favorable winds on its journey to sack Troy and free the beautiful Helen. "Like today's liberated women, she no longer feels married once her husband has violated their relationship. She no longer feels married the moment he sacrifices their daughter. And, for all intents and purposes, she's not." There are other ways this production updates the play, which is 2,500 That comment from Gloria Foster, who plays the role in "Agamemnon," which opens at the Delacorte tonight, is only one of the reasons why her eyes glow with pride when she speaks about the character.

Queen Clytemnestra, Gloria points out, not only complained about her hubby. She did him in. And his mistress as well. Gloria oster: in step with the times THE BIGGEST COMEDY SMASH HIT OF THE DECADE!" People Msoojme LASTS WEEKS! TmiGHT AT THE WORLD'S MOST POPULAR MUSICAL ODSPELL Mats. Sat.
