OBITUARY ROBERT McG. BURCHETTE A memorial service for Robert McG. Burchette, 53, manager of the visual merchandising department for the Simmons will be held next Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in the Church Center for the United Nations, 44th St. and First Ave.

Burchette, who lived at 1060 Park Ave. and in Remsenburg, L.I.. died Tuesday. He had been on the staffs of two magazines and was also a free lance writer specializing in architecture, home building and decorating. SIR LAURENCE DUNNE London, July 1 (Reuters) -Sir Laurence Dunne, 76, who as London's chief magistrate once refused to order extradition of a leading Communist to the United States, died yesterday.

In 1949, Dunne rejected a U.S. application for the extradition of German-born Gerhard Eisler, who had been called America's No. 1 Cammunist by the House UnAmerican Activities Committee. Eister died in 1968. DR.

GREGORY L. POLLOCK A funeral service for Dr. Gregdory Lewis Pollock, 73, a plastic whose patients included surgeon many stars of the stage and screen, will be held tomorrow at 12:30 p.m. in the Riverside Memorial Chapel, 76th St. and Amsterdam Ave.
